According to the Tom of Finland Foundation, the Tom of Finland imagery was authorized, which was unusual for a period in which his work was largely plagiarized, and the artist was paid for the inclusion of his content with a licensing fee. Every lot is sold "as is," "where is," and "without warranty," whether express or implied. Lighting and electronics have not been tested and should be professionally evaluated prior to use. Art has not been examined outside of the frame unless otherwise stated.
