A famous double-self portrait composition by the German-American photographer Peter Berlin. Born in 1942, Berlin is known for his iconic custom-leather ensemble and 24/7 cruising lifestyle. Peter Berlin's self-portraits often feature unique, hand-tinted and painted photographs centered around a subject he coins as "photosexuality", depicting himself as a larger than life icon of desire. Berlin has been the muse of many famous artists, having posed for a series of photographs by Robert Mapplethorpe, five drawings by Tom of Finland, and a silkscreen by Andy Warhol.
