Originally thought to be a work of Michelangelo until properly attributed to Bandinelli in 1940, the work is said to have been inspired by Bandinelli's visit to the Sistine Chapel.
Framed. 9 x 14" (sight); 14 3/4 x 19 1/2 x 1" (overall).
Provenance: property of a private New Hampshire collection.
