TERMS & CONDITIONS
By bidding at the auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
All lots are subject to a 25% buyer's premium regardless of the method of payment or bidding.
PAYMENT
Payment is due within 3 days from the auction, after which the auctioneer may cancel the sale or bring an action against the purchaser for the bid amount. All bids are in US dollars.
INSPECTION
Additional photographs of any lot are available and virtual inspection and previews are available by appointment.
AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION
We will not sell an item if we do not believe it to be authentic and we will not describe an item if we do not believe our description is accurate. We do not, however, warrant anything express or implied. Every lot is sold "as is", "where is", and without "warranty" either express or implied. Bidders are responsible for determining the accuracy of our description and condition of every lot and making their own determinations as to value. Items incorporating electronic components, like lighting and audio, should be professionally evaluated for safety prior to use.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not give or accept refunds for any reason. Please be sure that you wish to purchase an item before bidding on it. Please inquire about the condition of any item or request additional photographs before bidding.
SHIPPING
We do not provide packing and shipping. We are happy to assist you with your packing and shipping requests and estimates and to provide you with referrals to the shippers who work with us. Please email your shipping inquiries: Info@Vallots.co.
STORAGE
Unclaimed items will after sixty (60) days be deemed abandoned and disposed of by us without compensation to the winning bidder.
PHOTOGRAPHS
All images of lots belong to us, they may not be reproduced for any reason. We reserve the right to advertise the result of any item we sell.
RISK OF LOSS
Once the bid is won the risk of loss passes to the winning bidder.
DISPUTES
All disputes shall be resolved in binding arbitration in the State of Rhode Island. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid to us by a winning bidder.
AUCTIONEERS DISCRETION
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or declare any item unsold or to cancel any sale in the auctioneer's sole discretion.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
