"Marion Brown with Flute (Self-portrait)." Woodblock on Japan paper. Signed and inscribed in pencil. The inscription references the, "Geechee Recollections (1973)" Jazz recording and was probably inscribed to Japanese fan(s). A rare woodblock by this noted African American artist and Jazz musician. 19 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches. Unframed.
