"Farmers Loan and Trust(40th Street and Fifth Avenue, New York, NY)." Large format pencil drawing. 24 1/2 x 16 3/4 in. Circa 1920s. Annotated by the artist in the bottom margin: "...Who has just learned to travel the rough road of art..." This drawing is likely in preparation for an etching.
