Two early 20th century Japanese inlaid and lacquered jewelry chests.
One (1) with red and black lacquer, floral motif, and gilt painted bird and Mt.Fuji decoration on the doors with metal fittings. 14 x 11 3/4 x 5 3/4".
One (1) with geometric wood and mother of pearl inlay, with metal fittings and angled drawers. 15 x 11 1/2 x 6".
Condition
Each in various conditions consistent with age. The smaller one is missing several handles, both have loose hinges, may be missing metal fittings.
