An identical scene in a hand-painted porcelain plaque was produced by Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur (KPM). Incised "KPM", scepter, "255 / 195". The porcelain was done by Wagner after Koch.
It is possible that Koch painted the instant painting several times and this is one of several versions or possibly the sole painting.
