A 1977 New York Yacht Club Burgee from the Yacht Tenacious.
Inscribed "Tenacious 1977" in ink on the top.
Owned and skippered by media mogul Ted Turner, who won the America's cup 1977 in another yacht "Courageous".
21 x 31".
A red cloth-bound two volume hardcover copy of "The History of the New York Yacht Club" published in 1975 by the New York Yacht Club is included with the burgee.
Condition
The edges of the burgee are frayed and tattered from use. Irregular toning.
